We try to find the most favourable exchange route by choosing the best available exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

2.1 Please ensure that you use secure and reliable methods to authenticate and store your cryptocurrency assets to minimise the risks of theft or loss.

3.1 We value your privacy and make every effort to protect your personal information. No data is shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

Commissions and Refunds

4.1 Please be advised that in the event of a refund, our service will charge you a commission for the service provided.

4.2 Our service charges a commission per transaction and this varies from 0.2% to 1% depending on the mode of exchange.

Responsibility

5.1 Please be aware that by sending funds of unclear origin you assume all the risks involved, including the possibility of loss of such funds.

5.2 We have the right to ask you at any time for information about the origin of funds and to carry out KYC (customer dating) procedures.

Rights of Service
